Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life forall.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.Key Responsibilities:You will work closely with multiple teams that make up IT, Information security and Technology to drive impactful change.Design, engineering and implementation of application security solutions in a scalable way for a worldwide enterprise.Analyze and troubleshoot systems issues.Ensure that the potential impact of software development changes is well understood, using data to support understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for end-to-end testing and performance analysis of real-time data applications, solve issues, proactively identify new opportunities, and drive initiatives through to completionGeneral Responsibilities:Coding of tools (in C/C++ and python)Integration of new tools into existing tool chainRapid debug and support of bugs and releases to fix field issuesSupport Internal/External Customers to provide technical support (e.g. failure analysis, questions, etc.)Database architecture, development and managementWeb Framework development (React, Vue)Minimum Qualifications:BS/MS degree in a relevant engineering fieldSolid understanding of Python and C/C++System level programming skills such as thread/process management, inter-process communication, and h/w interface programmingKnowledge of Linux operating systemsAgile and test-driven development understanding and skillsHighly effective, strong communication and teamwork skillsAdaptable to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demandsWorking knowledge of AWSDesired Qualifications:Some experience working with webapp tech such as Django, React, or Node.jsKnowledge of oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, or other diagnostic tools to debug issuesExperience and understanding of SSD design and operation principlesThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$71,000.00 - $157,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
