Required Skills:
Provide support and architectural guidance for Cisco networking environments, primarily focusing on Cisco R/S, Cisco Access, 9300 switches, and Cisco next-gen firewall FTE. Familiarity with Silverpeak (HP) and CCNA level certification is required. Support and troubleshoot Cisco network equipment on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Utilize SolarWinds for network monitoring, proactive issue detection, and performance optimization. Manage network traffic and ensure efficient data flow within Cisco environments. Preferred experience includes healthcare/HIPAA knowledge, enhancing understanding of industry-specific requirements and compliance standards. GCs can also apply!
