Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy- Assist customers with account information, transactions, and problem resolution- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service- Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and customer service experience preferred- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with technology and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent planning and organizational skills- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately
