Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dominion Resources in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Assisting customers with online orders, product information, and general inquiries- Resolving customer issues and escalating to management when necessary- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds- Providing technical support for online platforms and troubleshooting customer issues- Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the company database- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Continuously learning and staying updated on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in customer service- Energetic and adaptable personality traits- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in using customer service software and online platforms- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
