Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Assistant to join Mastercard's team in New York City, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client support remotely to our customers. You will work closely with clients to address their inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions to their issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:- Maintain a high level of customer service when handling client inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter with our products or services- Collaborate with different departments within the company to ensure client needs are met- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience- Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide feedback to the team to improve overall customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients with their needs- Handle confidential client information with the utmost care and professionalism

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer support or related role- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients- Confident and hardworking individual who can work independently in a remote setting- Proficient in research and decision-making to effectively address client inquiries- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
