· Selling wine, drawing on knowledge of wine in general and our assortment specifically
· Providing excellent customer service, including being helpful and friendly as well as providing recommendations
· Transactional elements of retail sales, including handling cash and credit transactions, restocking, making sure everything is labelled properly, prepacking packaged offerings
· Managing online orders and deliveries
Skills Needed/Preferred:
· Friendly, cheerful and outgoing
· Exceptional customer service background or Skills
· At minimum, a strong interest or passion for wine and spirits and the curiosity to learn
· Ideally, restaurant experience with wine training
· Must be able to work standing for extended periods of time
· Must be able to lift 40-50lbs
This is a part-time position with 2-3 shifts available a week, approximately 16-24 hours. Starting pay is $17 hourly with opportunities for increase after time and proof of commitment with employee discounts available. Must be available weekends and holidays. Must be 21 or older.
