Job Description:

Markel is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in New York City. This is a full-time, remote work position at the Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in account support or client management.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and proactive account management- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions to clients- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and goals- Identify opportunities for growth and retention within the client portfolio and work towards achieving targets- Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement- Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and trainings as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Proven track record of at least 8 years of experience in account support or client management within the insurance industry- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills- Confident and independent personality traits, with the ability to work autonomously and navigate complex client relationships- Innovative and creative approach to driving client engagement and satisfaction- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
