Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, possess strong critical thinking skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and providing product information- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer needs- Track and document customer interactions and resolutions- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners

Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service- Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer care- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
