Job Description:
DoorDash is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services. This is a remote work position that requires a high level of dedication, resilience, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise for customers- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their use of our services- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and growth
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management roles- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Resilient and dedicated attitude towards achieving customer satisfaction- Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns
