Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in managing online customer interactions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:1. Oversee all online customer service operations, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support for online orders.2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer service experience and increase customer satisfaction.3. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and training as needed.4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and e-commerce, to ensure a cohesive online customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online customer service.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online customer service or a related field.3. Proven track record of successfully managing online customer service operations.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits.6. Strong time management and strategic planning skills.7. Experience with CRM software and online customer service platforms.
