Job Description:

AGCO is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Care Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions6. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers8. Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
