Job Description:
BMW is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are energetic, confident, and possess strong teamwork and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers seeking assistance with BMW products and services- Utilize knowledge base and resources to quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions- Collect and document customer feedback and data to improve the overall customer experience- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery- Adhere to company guidelines and standards to uphold the BMW brand reputation
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Energetic and confident demeanor- Demonstrated negotiation skills- Must be able to work remotely and have a stable internet connection- Knowledge of BMW products and services is a plus
