As an Online Call Center Representative at Freddie Mac in Washington, D.C., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through online communication channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing accurate information about Freddie Mac's products and services- Assisting customers with online account management- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals
