The internship will provide an undergraduate or graduate student an opportunity to gain experience in a very fast-paced, small business environment.Job DescriptionPartner with the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees for clientsManage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boardsBuild candidate generation strategies (heavy emphasis on social media channels)Responsible for updating the applicant tracking systemAssist in open enrollment procedures (fairs, education reports, etc.)Perform administrative tasksWork with HR to schedule posts and finding/creating content across social media platformsHelp with additional ad hoc projects as neededQualificationsCurrent college student, Juniors or Seniors, (preferable majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration)Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite SkillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR informationProficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)Additional InformationGLC Recruiting Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
