Customer Services Representative

Are you a motivated individual looking for a rewarding opportunity? Pathfinders Inc is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our client's team for a contract position based in Washington, DC and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Handle inbound customer calls, identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Manage a blend of outbound and inbound calls within a dynamic call center environment.
- Support various sales campaigns catering to corporate requirements.
- Accurately document all call information in the system.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in outbound calling techniques.
- Experience in outbound dialing and upselling preferred.
- Knowledge of telemarketing, cold calling, or phone sales techniques is advantageous.
- Previous experience in industries such as Mortgage, Banking, or Finance is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Details:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour.
- Remote job with flexible shifts available between 8am-11pm EST.
