Job Description:

Targa Resources is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Providing product information and assistance to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.3. Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges.4. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases with relevant information.5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:1. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.2. Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
