Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and facilitate solutions- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction- Assist with client onboarding and training processes- Utilize emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to navigate challenging client interactions

Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management abilities- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience in client relations or customer service roles preferred
