Job Description:

Mohawk Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities- Provide regular reporting and updates to management on client performance and satisfaction- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred- Proven track record of at least 5 years in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent negotiation and research abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High level of organization and attention to detail
