Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg is taking applications for a Service Technician. Our Service Department continues to expand. The continued growth is attributable to the outstanding customer service provided by our Service Technicians. This growth requires adding the right people to ensure the ongoing success of our Service Department. We are seeking technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair customer vehicles. Our priority is to provide high customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing and fixing it right the first time.Technicians with two-plus years of experience are preferred, but all levels of technicians will be considered.WE OFFER:Compensation ranges from 50k - 85K based on experience and ability to quickly complete repair ordersOngoing professional trainingPay every Two weeksFlexible schedulingMedical & Dental401(k) RetirementPaid VacationResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership proceduresTest drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systemsCommunicate with the Service Advisor of any additional services needed so that they advise the customerProvide estimates of the time required for other repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualificationsMinimum of 2-years of Automotive repair experience.High school diploma or equivalentKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast, eager learner and team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsComputer skills and willingness to learn new systemsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentClean driving record & valid driver's licenseChevy Certifications are a plus but not required.
