Bachelor's degree in engineering, 5-7 years of total engineering experience, and 3-5 years of
detailing experience. Proficiency in CAD, Excel computation, and the ability to interpret technical
drawings are essential. Desired skills include FEA and CFD analysis. The candidate should be a strong

Position Overview: The position is for a support engineer providing design and detailing for

will be involved in CAD design and detailing, teardown follow-up and analysis, and assisting drafters
in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or software.
Job Responsibilities
CAD design and detailing
Teardown follow up and analysis
Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other
mechanical devices
Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals to determine time
and cost feasibility to complete projects
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make
recommendation to maintenance crew
Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or
software
Technical Skills Required
Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field,
such as Computer Aided Design (CAD)
CAD Detailing

Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer
generated reports
