Your expertise in program management, change management, business transformation, and process optimization will be essential to implementing end-to-end traceability of product requirements across Business Units, Engineering, Corporate Quality, and Manufacturing.You will partner with these organizations to ensure the IT solutions, which support end-to-end product requirements, are well coordinated and provide clear traceability for product requirements, including change control.Responsibilities:Governance:Drive accountability of workstream leads to deliver end-to-end product requirements process and system implementation.Facilitate core team meetings to foster alignment of process and solutions across technology types, where possible.Host Executive Steering Team Meetings to provide progress updates and highlight any roadblocks.Leadership in Process Transformation:Guide workstream leads and their program coordinators to analyze existing processes, tools, and workflows. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and define the vital steps to transition users to new tools and processes.System/Solution Partnership:Partner with Corporate IT and Auxiliary IT teams to align the vision of system integrations required for end-to-end traceability; manage requests through the IT Portfolio, support blueprinting activities, etc.Mentor work-stream leads and program coordinators to demonstrate standard processes for communicating and prioritizing system requirements in an agile environment.Characteristics:Foster a culture of trust and understanding among team members.Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skillsEffective consultative and influencing approach.Willing and able to challenge customers and partners to better understand their needs.Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change.Ability to translate broad general concepts into tangible deliverables.Ability for independent decision making, and to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations.Qualifications:8+ years of program management experience at a high-tech companyMinimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Business Units, Supply Chain, Operations, EngineeringBachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field of studyPreferred Certifications: PMP, PMI, ITIL, Six Sigma, LEAN or other relevant certifications.As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
