Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who is resilient, driven, and has a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, issues, and requests- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and drive up customer satisfaction- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion- Monitor and track key customer metrics to ensure success criteria are being met- Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on research and analysis- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
