Job Description:
C3.ai is seeking a dynamic Client Service Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and provide solutions- Manage client accounts and ensure that all client requests are handled in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems as needed- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs
Requirements:- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Hardworking and energetic attitude- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
