Insight Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical troubleshooting- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in customer support- Meet or exceed quality and productivity metrics set by the company
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and drive resolutions- Innovative mindset to suggest new ideas and improvements to the customer support process
