The Oracle Solutions Architect will support the Oracle – HCM solutions to the HR Leadership and Business Teams. Support Change and Release Management process. Support the Lead Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to Identify potential technology improvements and underlying root causes for reoccurring issues to improve the overall workforce experience. Serve as a solutions SME for the team. Deliver regular updates to solutions to management.

Responsibilities

Engage in the maintenance, release, and upgrades of the Oracle HCM system in support of the HR functional business lines.

Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills including advanced troubleshooting techniques, testing and issue resolution.

Provide solutions for reporting and analytical needs to various aspects of the business.

Works closely with key stakeholders and the technical team to provide solutions.

Serve as a SME in complex problem solving and resolution discussions.

Advanced working knowledge of troubleshooting Oracle HCM issues encompassing multiple levels of integration with the business as well as outside vendors.

Assess and gather requirements and translate them into appropriate functional/technical requirements.

Demonstrable experience solutioning critical applications and working toward deadlines.

Demonstrate the functional aspects of the system/solutions live to end-users

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer technology, business, management, engineering, information systems, computer technology, or related field required

Oracle Certification required

2 years of working functional knowledge of ERP / HCM system

Minimum of 3 years providing direct solution / client support

Working knowledge and experience with the following tech stack requirements: SQL, OTBI, HSDL Development, HDL Development, Payroll Process Flow, Regression Testing, Quarterly Patch updates and Transaction Console

Working knowledge and experience creating technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures, Functional Design Documents, FAQs, and Change Request Forms.
