Operations Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and Office Automation equipment. Create and Maintain processes and documentation. Troubleshoot computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware when issues arise. Assist with the installation and configuration of network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues. Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance. Communicating networking issues to other employees and management Fixing software and hardware configuration issues. Assist in onboarding operations with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability/training of system hardware and software. Provide support and maintenance on our digital copiers and scanners. Onboarding and Offboarding of users Experience with Salesforce CRM, RMM Software, Office 365 Admin is preferred. Operations Specialist Experience & Qualifications: 4-5 Years of Experience in the Technology field required. Associate degree in a related field, 2 Years of College or 2 years of related work experience preferred. Strong communication, patience, and a customer-focused approach. Collaboration with colleagues and escalation of complex issues when needed. Continual learning and staying updated on IT trends is important. Problem-solving, adaptability, and a positive attitude are assets.
