Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Coordinate PCA scheduling and oversee day-to-day activities of PCA Members.• Communicate with Advantage Staffing Manager regarding any issues.• Recruit and hire Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).• Match members' schedules with PCAs and maintain activity in Harmony system.• Assist Advantage Staffing Manager in updating census weekly.• Assist in recruiting PCAs and providing general orientation.• Track and manage units allowed per member for all PCAs.• Complete criminal history checks for new hires and process paperwork.• Enter information, keep up on office forms, and maintain regular attendance.• Assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of clerical experience.• Physical requirements include sitting, bending/stooping, walking, kneeling, and standing.• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.• Empathy, clear understanding of professional boundaries, and good communication skills.• Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.• Flexibility and patience.
