Job Description:Assurant is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be highly motivated and adaptable to evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service through online chat, email, and phone to assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and technical support.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer problems and find creative solutions.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.6. Contribute to team goals and metrics by achieving individual performance targets.7. Continuously improve customer service skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs.3. Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively.4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals.5. Motivated and adaptable attitude to handle changing customer needs and situations.6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to manage inquiries and workflows.
