Job Description:

DoorDash is seeking a reliable and resilient Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Account Support Representative will be responsible for assisting DoorDash customers with any account-related issues or inquiries through online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, such as password resets or payment discrepancies- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all DoorDash users- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and find solutions quickly- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account changes- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers- Contribute to improving the overall customer support experience through feedback and suggestions

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- High level of adaptability to quickly respond to changing customer needs- Reliable and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively
