Position Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Morgan Stanley in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while still making a significant impact in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on investment strategies, financial planning, and wealth management- Analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate investment products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating emotional intelligence and empathy in all interactions
