Job Description:
Anixter International is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.2. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner.3. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.4. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and insights to drive improvements.5. Develop and deliver training programs for customers to maximize their usage of our online platform.6. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to address any areas of concern.7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer needs.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.5. Proficient in data analysis and able to leverage insights to drive business outcomes.6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.7. Experience working with online platforms or e-commerce systems is a plus.
