Job Description:
AutoNation is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Respond to online inquiries and provide information and assistance to clients in a timely manner- Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Help clients navigate our website and online services to find the information they need- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless online client experience- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, making payments, and resolving any issues or concerns- Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure client satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients- Collaborate with internal teams to improve online client services and drive customer loyalty
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally and effectively- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with empathy- High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
