Job Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate for remote work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with our members.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their individual requirements- Utilize leadership skills to effectively manage customer interactions and ensure a positive experience- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or online support environment- Resilient personality with a passion for helping others- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve problems- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting- Comfortable using technology and navigating various computer systems- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
