Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN HR Learning & Development Consultant Job Description:
The HR Learning & Development Consultant will work with internal stakeholders/SME's across the Organization to gather and understand requirements related to any changes or updates needed for any internal (employee facing) E-Learning materials/videos.
The consultant must be able to manage multiple projects & deliverables at various stages, and manage to deadlines.  What you'll bring to the HR Learning & Development Consultant role:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field5 years of related work experience beyond degree. Required Skills/Experience: Proficient in Articulate 360 Suite - Primarily using Storyline 360, and Articulate Rise? Ability to work independently and with minimal training/oversight. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities.  They must be able to speak to their portfolio during the interview, and demonstrate their use of the Storyline 360 technology. ?Some familiarity working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred  Work Arrangement:
This position is approved as remote or HUB (Minnetonka preferred, would consider Madison).
HUB - The candidate is local and would be able to come into the office periodically for "heads-up" collaborative work or meetings.?
