About the role:
This position will be responsible for the global implementation of Professional Education strategies for the EP and CRMDx businesses. In collaboration with global business functions and other education team members, this person will ensure the continuity of the HCP education experience in each new market of product launch. They will be responsible for establishing and tracking milestones related to each launch. Additionally, this key liaison will foster open communication to harmonize training standards and leverage learnings from previous launch experiences. 
Your responsibilities will include:
? Establish a process for tracking global Professional Education launch milestones to ensure appropriate resource planning, and cross-functional communication. 
? Curate, track and share educational content across geographies to support new product launch timelines and on-market product continuing education. Identify gaps in learning material and make recommendations for enhancements/new content needs.
? Support localization of content for new product launches.
? Attend and actively participate in cross-functional global launch meetings for the EP and CRMDx businesses, representing the Professional Education function.
? Serve as liaison between regional education teams.
? Identify opportunities to implement global training standards and best practices for HCP education.
? Translate the global launch cadence into a clear action plan for Professional Education with trackable deliverables and KPIs.
? Actively engage with local regulatory teams to track IFU changes and labelling updates. Ensure timely implementation of any updates in all educational content.
? Manage global faculty requests. Work with regional partners to forecast needs for international faculty support. Support development of local faculty.
? Lead and participate in local train the trainer events to establish in market knowledge and SME's.
? Establish a regular cadence of meetings with key stakeholders in all regions (NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM) to drive alignment, share best practices and proactively identify local education needs.
? Collaborate closely with Marketing, Global Launch Teams, and Sales Training to ensure education execution plans align to business and commercial objectives.
Required qualifications: ? Minimum of bachelor's degree
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in the medical device industry
? Project Management experience and mindset
? Ability to travel up to 40%, including global as needed
? Experience working with global teams and a deep understanding of cultural differences across geographies
Preferred qualifications: ? Technical or clinical experience in the Cardiology space, specifically with EP and CRM.
? Experience with KOL management.
? Passionately collaborative and adept at quickly building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
