E-commerce Specialist Location Piscataway, NJ : THE OPPORTUNITY C.A.C. CHINA is a dynamic and rapidly growing wholesale company located in Piscataway, NJ. We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales growth and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of past experience with Amazon e-commerce.
Responsibilities Create online listings for new products using templates and copy for new product listings with keywords. Present the products online correctly. Digital Advertising campaign build out and optimization Monitor, research and follow up on the status of orders Coordinate between production and warehouse staff members regarding shipments/inventory. Monitor merchandise pricing and outbound shipments to ensure delivery. Answer customers' questions and solve customers' problems. Process returns/ exchanges Provide feedback on customer feedback to both operations and marketing to improve the product offering and services to improved experience Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews Maintain consistent communications across different departments to ensure information is being passed down and is followed- up Browse website for bugs/errors Education and Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of Retail/Ecommerce customer service principles and practices Prior experience with Wayfair.com and Amazon Vendor Central Extremely action, organized and detail-orientated Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Ability to follow direction, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines Project and time management skills; ability to rearrange tasks as priorities change Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
