Job DescriptionThe Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator provides administrative and programmatic support as part of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Strategic Partnerships (DISP) team, and serves as the primary contact for diversity and inclusion-related program inquiries. The Coordinator effectively plans cultural and community events, including venue reservation, participant registration, catering arrangements, and event assessment, and supports initiatives by researching, collecting, and compiling information and data for our general operations. Additionally, the Coordinator contributes to collaborative efforts between DISP and other Graduate School and university units with focus on inclusion and diversity, including collaboration with the Graduate School's Ombuds Office in the areas of outreach and programming. This position also serves on the Graduate School generalist team, providing drop-in advising, referrals, and front desk coverage.
