Job Description:
Visteon is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the Customer Support Associate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order fulfillment- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Track and report customer feedback and trends to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Energetic and independent personality traits- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Experience in customer service or related field- Innovation and negotiation soft skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
