. JOB TITLE:
Student Summer Conference Assistant/Office Aide for Housing & Dinning JOB PURPOSE:
Aid during summer conferences and offer administrative support within the Housing & Dining department as a Student Summer Conference Assistant/Office Aide.
Temporary summer position lasting from mid-May to July 31, with potential extension into the first part of August, negotiable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties and tasks assigned by the Conference Coordinator, Contracts Manager, and other Housing professional staff as required.
Collect and enter data into booking software and Excel spreadsheets.
Greet and assist patrons upon entering the office.
Aid in camp and conference check-ins and check-outs.
Undertake additional tasks as deemed necessary. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: No required previous experience
Required Licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: None DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic computer programs and Microsoft software in use in the department or area.
Basic records maintenance.
Basic scheduling techniques.
Basic Customer service and phone skills REQUIRED MATERIALS:
