Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and passionate Client Service Assistant to join our remote team at PPG Industries in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with inquiries, account management, and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Use critical thinking skills to problem-solve and offer solutions to clients- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in client service
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner- Prior experience in a client service role, preferably in a remote setting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes quickly- A passion for providing exceptional service to clients- Strong project management and critical thinking skills
