Job description:
Macy's in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze customer service data and provide reports to senior management- Identify training needs and provide support and guidance to team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Proven experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment- Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software
