Job Description:
Performance Food Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a full-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently resolve customer issues - Meet and exceed performance metrics for quality and productivity
Requirements:- Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation and people management soft skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms - Experience in the food service industry is a plus
