Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Performance Food Group is seeking a reliable and dedicated Chat Support Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat services.2. Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and troubleshooting.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries.5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Reliable and dedicated work ethic.
