Job Description:
Altria Group is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role requires 1 year of experience and is ideal for independent and confident individuals who possess strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and any other questions they may have- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks- Proficiency in using chat support software- Independent and confident demeanor- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
