Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online chat platform, ensuring seamless communication with our customers and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Manage the online chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.3. Train and supervise a team of chat representatives to ensure high-quality customer service.4. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the chat platform.5. Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve customer experience.6. Collaborate with other teams to integrate chat platform with other customer service channels.7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or online chat management.3. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5. Knowledge of CRM systems and chat software.6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.7. Hardworking and energetic personality traits.8. Persuasion and critical thinking soft skills.
