Salesforce Product Owner

Salesforce Product Owner Location: St Louis MO or Charlotte NC ( Hybrid 3 days onsite ) Long Term Contract Role: The Salesforce Product Owner aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of a roadmap outlining the body of work expected.
Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities as well as defining future deliverables measuring performance and adjusting the overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.
Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.
Provide feedback on workinprogress clarify requirements and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.
This individual will additionally advise and align with adjacent teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression


Requirement: Bachelors degree in business administration management information systems computer science or a related field
Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with an emphasis on Sales & Services Cloud
3 years of experience in one or more of these fields:
Digital product or agile product management
Development and management of CRM applications
Demonstrated experience in creating and deploying Salesforce solutions to a large enterprise
Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results
Teamwork/collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization
