Responsibilities: As a Dental Area Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing the operational aspects of multiple dental offices. You'll lead and support a dynamic team to ensure the delivery of seamless and exceptional patient experiences. Your role involves optimizing workflows, driving growth, and promoting operational excellence. Responsibilities also encompass strategic planning for each dental office, implementing efficiency measures, and maintaining a patient-centric environment. Collaborating with dental professionals, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations are integral aspects of your managerial duties. Your leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing overall dental care and organizational success. Qualifications: 18+ months internal dental practice management or previous multi-site dental/healthcare/retail management experience is required. Travel to all area locations minimum of monthly or as needed. Experience being accountable for practice level report including some experience with P&L management, driving revenue and controlling expenses. Ability to lead through influence, i.e. servant leadership required. Desire to work in a high-growth company required. Willingness to embrace and live all of our core values is required. BA or equivalent experience required (internal practice management considered an equivalent substitute). Ideal candidate will live in the market.
