Facility Management Painter

Job summary
Provide support to facility management painting team with maintenance to facility in a cost-effective manner.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to Facility Management tickets related to wall repair & paint requests• Perform wall repair, painting, and advanced preparation of the area• Keep job site clean, organized, and safe during the completion of tasks• Pressure washing tasks as assigned• Provide back up support for other Facility Management requests• Other accountabilities as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in drywall repair & painting required• Building maintenance knowledge/experience required• Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus• Pharmaceutical experience a plus• Ability to develop & manage action plans to achieve targets preferred
