Are you ready to step into the role of Travel Planner? We are looking for individuals with exceptional talent and drive to join our team. As a Travel Planner, you will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and coordinating travel plans while providing crucial administrative support for all aspects of business travel. We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, impeccable organization, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and financial considerations. Customize marketing materials to resonate with clients across social media platforms, bulletin boards, and flyers. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, considering factors like weather, culture, activities, and visa requirements. Coordinate travel appointments, handle fees, and gather necessary documentation from clients. Maintain professional relationships with travel suppliers, clients, and trip operators. Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous. Strong command of various social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and effective collaboration with colleagues. Quick adaptation to diverse computer software programs, preferably with experience across various applications. Highly developed multitasking abilities and efficient task prioritization skills. Education and Experience Requirements:
Preferred minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience as a travel agent is beneficial. Access to a laptop/smartphone and internet connection is essential. Benefits and Perks:
