Job Description SummaryReporting to the Succession Planning & Assessment Leader, the Talent Assessment Manager will partner across the talent management team, WE&I team Analytics & Insights specialists, Talent Acquisition, and others to develop and implement meaningful talent assessments to inform talent selection, identification, and development.PLEASE NOTE: Location - Remote/Flexible. Global applicants encouraged to apply.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Identify assessment needs to support continuous improvement in how the organization understands and assesses talent.Identify, source, and/or develop assessments to be used as part of hiring practices, to inform the identification of potential in internal talent, and to inform intentional development.Develop simple, efficient ways to enable ease of use and meaningful impact of assessments.Develop ways for employees, leaders, and candidates to receive useful insights from assessment approaches.Develop a philosophy, roadmap, and approach to consistently pull data-based insights from assessment data, considering appropriate tools, technologies, and data privacy regulations. Provide themed analysis and insights to leadership and other stakeholders covering areas to help drive decisions and identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.Develop, deliver, and maintain solutions, with a focus informing actions, decisions, and development related to talent. Stay up to date on innovative approaches, best practices, and new research related to talent assessment.Serve as a counselor and subject matter authority to senior leaders regarding talent assessment. Ensure robust validation of all assessments used, with strong documentation and alignment with best practice and science.Demonstrate strong communication and data visualization skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics and findings into digestible stories that illustrate key business implications.Partner on other related talent management and development projects as needed.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeAdvanced degree (e.g., MA, PhD) in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Human ResourcesStrong expertise in selection assessment, including extensive experience with validation effortsStrong domain knowledge in HR data and analytical methods; direct experience in analysis and interpretation with multinational and/or large companies at enterprise/regional/global levelAbility and willingness tor travel up to 25%Desired Characteristics:Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable and actionable mannerKnowledge and experience with protecting sensitive dataStrong, proactive problem-solving mindsetExperience in providing independent analytical guidance and counsel to HR stakeholders at various levels of experience and hierarchy in the organization. Ability to adapt advisory style and tailor final products to target audiencesStrong track record in developing and conducting projects in all stagesStrong team collaboration skills through leading, guiding, and/or coordinating othersPay and Benefits:The pay for this position is $128,900 - 200,000.This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
